New to Our Team, Jon Hernandez – Membership Acquisition Manager
Our Registry Membership Team has added two new members so far this year, Lynne Rosansky, Ph.D. and Jon Hernandez.
Jon comes to The Registry with ten years of experience in Talent Acquisition. His demeanor and communication style enable him to build trust and rapport with top talent at all levels. He genuinely cares about his candidates, allowing for long-term, meaningful connections built on trust. With his involvement in sports and military background, Jon is never satisfied with the bare minimum or the mundane and continuously works on his craft. Over the years, he has developed a reputation for always delivering.
Prior to joining The Registry and ZRG, Jon was a Senior Staffing Manager for one of America’s leading workforce companies. His primary focus was Accounting, Finance and Human Resources where he established, maintained, and developed relationships with past, present, and future clients. Earlier, Jon worked as a Personal Banker for Chase Bank where he advised business owners on starting businesses as a Sole proprietorship, LLC, Corporation or Non-profit.
Jon’s Degree in Communications has given him the ability to understand and effectively communicate with clients and candidates of all races, nationalities, and genders. He understands that everyone is unique and his ability to tailor his communication style, body language and demeanor make him a wonderful asset for any company.
