- A Brighter, More Stable Future for Higher Education
As we look ahead to the coming year, I wish for renewed stability and optimism across the higher education landscape. Our colleges and universities have weathered extraordinary challenges, and yet they continue to demonstrate resilience, creativity, and deep commitment to their missions. My hope is that 2026 brings greater enrollment consistency, stronger financial footing, and the breathing room leaders need to think boldly and strategically once again.
- Greater Awareness of the Full Strength of The Registry + ZRG
I also hope that more of our client institutions fully realize the expanded value we can now offer as part of ZRG. With the combined power of The Registry’s interim leadership expertise and ZRG’s global executive search and talent advisory capabilities, we are uniquely equipped to support institutions through every phase of leadership transition. My wish is that colleges and universities continue to see us not just as problem-solvers in moments of urgency, but as long-term partners in strengthening their leadership pipelines and strategic goals.

Finally, on a personal note, I wish all of our clients, members, colleagues, friends, and families a truly peaceful holiday season.
