We’re excited to welcome Mike Cashion to The Registry, where he joins us as our new Membership Operations Assistant.
Mike brings a dynamic background in membership, project, and event management to the role, along with a strong sense of self-discipline, organization, and curiosity that aligns perfectly with our mission and values.
Before joining The Registry in 2025, Mike served in several key roles that reflect his commitment to operational excellence and community engagement. Most recently, he supported clients, consulting teams, and organizational initiatives at the New Hampshire Small Business Development Center. Prior to that, he served as Executive Assistant to the CEO at the Morgan Investment Group, and earlier as Manager of Operations and Communication at Alpha Loft, where he worked closely with New Hampshire’s startup and small business communities.
Mike is also deeply involved in civic and professional development initiatives. He is a proud alumnus of Leadership New Hampshire, where he actively contributes as part of the class interview team and selection committee. He volunteers with Startup Boston and remains engaged with the University of New Hampshire College of Professional Studies Society for Human Resource Professionals Club.
Dedicated to lifelong learning, Mike is currently pursuing a Human Resources Certificate through UNH Professional Development & Training. He recently earned a Project Management Certificate and obtained a Lean Yellow Belt. In May 2023, he was named a Hoffman-Hass Fellow, further expanding his leadership and operational skills.
