NASPA 2018 Annual Meeting

Registry President Vice President Kevin Matthews and Director of Membership Galen Hench traveled down to the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators Annual Meeting in Philadelphia in March. This was the Registry’s second year attending the conference, and first year sponsoring the NASPA Pillars of the Foundation event. Congratulations to the NASPA organization for celebrating their 100th anniversary!

We were so pleased to bump into several Registry members, including Dr. Carmen Jordan Cox (right), Charlie Fey, Michael Harpe, Bill Schaeffer, and Thomas Shandley. 

 

 

AASCU – Chief Academic Officers Meeting

Registry Vice President Amy Miller attended the American Association of State Colleges and Universities Chief Academic Officers meeting in San Antonio, Texas. She had the opportunity to visit with current members and speak with numerous potential client institutions. We’re already looking forward to the meeting next February!

Registry member Patricia Brown is currently serving as the interim Dean of Business of the Hamilton Holt School at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. She was photographed here participating in a spring tradition at Rollins known as Fox Day. 

 

 

 

 

 

Registry Member, James “Jim” Castagnera, J.D., Ph.D.

Registry member Jim Castagnera is out on the conference circuit promoting his new book “Riding the Fifth Wave of Higher Education”. Jim wrote about his new book in the last edition of The Registry Chronicles. 

 

 

 

 

The Registry at the American Association of Community Colleges 

For the past four years, The Registry has made it a priority to attend the American Association of Community Colleges annual meeting. Vice President Amy Miller represented The Registry at this year’s conference in Dallas, Texas. This year, The Registry opted to sponsor the Business Operations Lounge which put us front and center with prospective clients and members alike.

We’re always thrilled to bump into familiar faces when we’re out on the road! Amy ran into David Gnage in Dallas, Texas at the American Association of Community Colleges 2018 annual meeting. David is Chancellor Emeritus of Penn State Mount Alto, where he served for 11 years. 

 

 

 

 

 

Registry Senior Consultant Lucille Sansing Attends WASC Conference

Registry Senior Consultant Dr. Lucille Sansing represented The Registry at this year’s Western Association of Schools and Colleges Academic Resource Conference in Burlingame, California. While there, Lucille had the opportunity to visit with Dr. Barry T. Ryan, Provost of International Technological University and WASC Commissioner (pictured right with Lucille).
