Meet Our New Marketing Leaders

We’re excited to share the addition of two new marketing leaders who joined earlier this year and whose combined expertise in brand strategy, storytelling, and growth will further strengthen how ZRG The Registry supports our partners and members across higher education.

Suzy Pasqualetto joins as Marketing Manager of ZRG’s Education, Nonprofit, and Social Impact practice. In her most recent role at Aspen Leadership Group, Suzy helped elevate the firm’s market positioning and amplify its voice during a pivotal period of growth and integration with ZRG. Her career in copywriting and branded content creation has been defined by the power of storytelling and the drive to deliver meaningful engagement and measurable results. She has previously written and produced for The Press Enterprise, Univision, Nickelodeon, Pepsi, and many more. Suzy has also held positions with the Los Angeles Unified School District and California State University at Northridge, where she earned her B.A. in Cinema and Television Arts.

Rachel Fletcher joins as Marketing Director of ZRG’s Education, Nonprofit, and Social Impact practice, bringing a blend of brand leadership and performance-driven strategy. She most recently served in the education technology sector as Vice President of Marketing and Brand for 7+ years at Quantic School of Business and Technology. She helped architect its evolution from early-stage startup to a globally recognized institution of over 20K students and alumni. Prior to Quantic, she led brand strategy and digital marketing for brands including Southwest Airlines, Kia, Honda, Apartments.com, Sony, and her personal favorite, Jeopardy! She holds a B.A. in English Language and Literature from the University of Pennsylvania and will soon complete her Executive M.B.A. from the Quantic School of Business & Technology.

Together, Rachel and Suzy bring complementary strengths that align with the evolving needs of higher education institutions—where clear positioning, compelling stories, and strategic thinking are more critical than ever. We look forward to the energy, insight, and innovation they will bring to clients at The Registry and our member community.
