The Registry Team’s Retreat in Newport, RI
The Registry team recently went on a retreat to Newport, Rhode Island, and it was an amazing experience! After working together for quite some time, it was a great opportunity for many of us to finally meet in person and spend time together as some of us have been working virtually.
This retreat gave us a chance to go over strategies, goals for 2025, and work materials that we hadn’t had the opportunity to discuss face-to-face. We gathered at Hotel Viking, where we were able to meet in the beautiful hotel’s meeting rooms during the day. We also enjoyed excellent service in their dining room for both lunch and dinner.
Newport was the perfect location, with its mix of history, stunning views, and fun places to explore; such as The Breakers! We spent some time checking out the town’s famous attractions and soaking in the gorgeous scenery.
The retreat allowed us to connect on a deeper level and build even stronger relationships as a team. We returned feeling more in sync than ever!
All in all, our time in Newport was a great reminder of how important it is to step away from work every now and then, especially when it helps bring the team closer together!
We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Senior Consultant, Rev. Dr. Bill Nelson, whose support in transporting many of us helping in making this retreat possible!
