The Registry’s College Internship Program UPDATE
In fall of 2022 we established a College Internship Program here at The Registry. Our plan is to bring in rising seniors from local colleges with the goal of providing mentorship, skills development and practical work experience.
What do our interns actually do? To date, our interns spend their time working on relevant projects, learning about the business of higher education, making industry connections, and developing both hard and soft skills.
Since fall of 2022, we have employed four interns and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. They have focused on supporting our Marketing and Membership Teams. We plan to expand our focus in the fall to include research and development.

Ranjani “Ranji” Hope Matthews
The Registry is pleased to welcome Ranjani “Ranji” Hope Matthews as our Summer 2023 Membership Intern. Ranji is a rising senior at St. Anselm’s College where she is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business with a minor in Human Resources. Along with her studies, Ranji is very involved with on campus ministry at St. A’s as well as in her hometown parish, Our Lady of Fatima in Sudbury, Massachusetts. Along with her commitment to building community through campus ministry, Ranji is a member of five different clubs on campus including the Campus Activities Board as well as supplying website management of the Student Newspaper “The St. Anselm’s Crier.”

Cedric L. Atty Commencement from Emerson College
The Registry welcomes the opportunity to congratulate our “Inaugural Intern,” Cedric L. Atty, now an Emerson College Graduate. Cedric is originally from Benin, West Africa and upon graduating from high school came to the United States to pursue his higher education. He began at Bunker Hill Community College earning an Associate’s Degree and then on to Emerson College where he just earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing Communications. A young man who lives each day to its fullest, Cedric currently is employed as the Marketing & Public Relations Assistant at Real Zepeda Tequila and also is an Extracurricular Program Assistant at The International School of Boston.
As Dr. Suess said, “Oh The Places You’ll Go.” We wish you all the best, Cedric!

Congratulations to Katrina Penley, our stellar Marketing Intern, on earning her Bachelor of Science Degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Salem State University. Katrina majored in Media and Communications with a focus in Advertising and minored in Film Studies and Health Promotion and is employing her outstanding video editing skills in multiple projects here at The Registry. Katrina has agreed to extend her intern engagement beyond her graduation and The Registry Team couldn’t be happier!
