Meet Robin Tweedy, Principal at ZRG The Registry
Earlier this year, ZRG The Registry was pleased to welcome Robin Tweedy as a Principal in ZRG’s Education, Nonprofit, and Social Impact Practice. Robin brings 25 years of experience spanning executive search, career counseling, and higher education. She joins The Registry from Harvard University, where she most recently served as a senior talent strategy partner, advising on talent acquisition and leadership needs within one of the world’s most respected academic institutions.
Throughout her career, Robin has built trusted relationships across education, business, and civic enterprise, helping organizations navigate complex hiring decisions and leadership transitions with clarity and confidence. At The Registry, she partners with colleges and universities to recruit and place leaders at all levels of the institution, from cabinet-level appointments to senior administrative and other mission-critical roles.
Robin brings a thoughtful approach to leadership search, with a strong ability to connect leadership capability with institutional culture and strategy. Drawing on her experience in higher education, she brings practical insight into governance, stakeholder engagement, and talent development, an approach that helps institutions find leaders who can meet immediate needs while supporting long-term priorities.
“I love working with schools, at all levels,” Robin said. “Higher education is facing both challenge and change, and I’m excited to partner with colleges and universities to identify leaders who can bring stability, vision, and momentum to their communities.”
Robin is based in Boston. Outside of work, she can often be found on the sidelines of her son’s lacrosse games or visiting her daughter in New York City.
