We’re delighted to begin with some joyful news from within our community.
Please join us in congratulating Mikaela Daigle, ZRG The Registry’s Membership Operations Manager, on the arrival of her son, Brooks, earlier this month! We send our warmest wishes to Mikaela and her family during this special time.
Moments like these are a reminder that behind every engagement, every placement, and every partnership is a network of people who show up for one another, not only professionally, but personally as well.
Supporting Continuity: Membership Operations
As Mikaela begins this new chapter, we’re pleased to share that Kelly Lewis has stepped in as Interim Membership Operations Associate. Kelly brings seven years of experience with ZRG Turnkey, along with deep familiarity with higher education and collegiate environments, experience that positions her well to support the day-to-day coordination and responsiveness that our community relies on.
Her presence ensures continued continuity in membership operations, and many of you will be interacting with her in the months ahead.
Welcoming New Colleagues (in addition to Kelly!)
We’re also pleased to formally introduce a few additional colleagues who have recently joined the team.
Jeanine Belcastro Went has joined as Vice President of Membership and Programs and will help lead the member experience and engagement programming. Many of you will have the opportunity to connect with Jeanine more directly in the coming months as she partners closely with the team and broader community. In addition, Debbie Fanale joins as Accounting Manager, bringing extensive experience across public and private sector finance and operations, and strengthening the infrastructure that supports our work together.
Together, these additions reflect a continued investment in supporting members with the consistency, responsiveness, and depth of partnership you expect.

Looking ahead, we’re excited to create more opportunities to connect in person.
In the months ahead, we’ll be hosting a series of regional Membership Meet & Greets, offering a chance to spend time with one another, connect with members of the team—including Jeanine—and continue strengthening the relationships that define ZRG The Registry.
