Attracting, Managing, and Maintaining Diversity & Cohesiveness In Uncertain Times

The student population at Frostburg State University (FSU) has changed significantly in the past decade to become one of the most diverse non-HBCU campuses in the University of Maryland system. This panel will share how interim administrators in higher education can become proactive during sudden macro-shifts such as diverse campus populations,  dynamics of Generation-Z students, impact of social politics, etc.

FSU executive administrators will broadly discuss leadership from the perspective of attracting, retaining, and managing inclusion strategically.  The Interim Deans will provide a discipline-specific perspective of managing diversity personnel and curriculum at the academic college level
